How your neck pillow works

Your neck pillow is delivered in a dustbag that you can easily take with you on your trip. With the help of the nozzle that is placed on one side of the neck pillow, you can easily inflate your neck pillow in a single breath. Fold both sides of the travel pillow together and fasten to the side with the Velcro straps. When the neck pillow is in place, you can alternatively fold up the hood to shield it from other travelers. 

You fold up the neck pillow by opening the air valve.

How to Use the Neck Pillow

1. Adjust the Neck Pillow:

   • Place the neck pillow around your neck with the Velcro strap facing forward.
   • Fasten the Velcro strap so the pillow fits securely but comfortably around your neck. Do not fasten too tightly—always leave room for movement.

2. Use the Hood:

   • Pull the hood over your head to create darkness and privacy.
   • Use the zipper to secure the hood around the headrest or to close it, depending on your needs.
   • Ensure the zipper does not press against your neck and that hair or skin does not get caught when closing it.

3. Adjust the Air Cushion:

   • Adjust the amount of air to achieve your desired comfort level. Inflate or deflate the cushion using the valve.
   • Ensure the valve is securely closed before use.

Care Instructions

• Washing:

  • Remove the air cushion before washing.
  • Wash the fabric at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softener to preserve the fabric quality.

• Ironing:

  • If needed, iron the pillow on low heat, avoiding areas with Velcro, buttons, or the zipper.

Safety Warnings

• Child Safety:

  • Not suitable for children under 5 years old. Children should only use the product under adult supervision.

• Velcro Strap:

  • Ensure the Velcro strap is securely fastened but not too tight. Adjust as needed for optimal comfort and safety.

• Zipper:

  • Open and close the zipper carefully to avoid pinching skin or catching hair.

• Air Cushion:

  • Regularly check the air cushion to ensure it does not leak or is damaged.

• Hood:

  • Do not use the hood in situations where it may block your vision or prevent quick reactions, such as when walking or driving.

Storage and Maintenance

• Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat or humidity, as this may affect its durability.
